Last week I had good cause to thank my use of magnetic health aids.
I had to relay our drive, this involved the moving of recycled paving slabs (which weigh over 50Kg each) and mixing and spreading of concrete. Even if I say so myself, for an old man I did a lot of physical work but by the end of the day my wrists and hands were painful.

The damage was severe but improvement was noticeable after 24 hours and the patient was walking normally after 4 days.
